Shipping policy

At Donizza.art, all our products are handcrafted concrete planters created with artistic care. We ensure that every piece is securely packaged and delivered safely to your door.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

The total delivery time consists of the processing/production time plus the courier transit time (typically 1–3 business days depending on the destination country).

Dispatch times vary depending on the availability and status of the item:

• In-Stock Planters (Ready to Ship) - Dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Planters in Production (Pre-Order) - Dispatched upon completion of the handcrafted production and concrete curing process, up to 14 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-Made Planters (Bespoke Orders) - Processing time ranges from 5 to 30 business days and is agreed upon individually with the customer during the design specification phase.

2. Packaging & Shipping Rules

• Courier Delivery: All orders are delivered via professional courier services directly to your door ("door-to-door" service).
• Secure Packaging: Due to the weight and unique artistic nature of our planters, each piece is individually packed in a sturdy cardboard box and heavily protected with bubble wrap and specialized protective foam.
• Shipping Ratio: 1 Planter = 1 Package. To guarantee safe transit, each planter is shipped in a separate individual parcel (or separate pallet unit).

3. Delivery Destinations & Shipping Rates

We ship exclusively to the countries listed below. Rates are calculated per individual planter (1 package):

Please note: We currently do not ship to countries not listed above. Shipping is also excluded for overseas territories and islands (including Spanish Canary Islands, French Overseas Departments, etc.).

4. Parcel Inspection & Damage Policy

1. Upon receipt of the delivery, please inspect the external packaging in the presence of the courier.
2. If you notice any visible damage to the parcel or product, we strongly recommend filling out a Damage Protocol with the courier and taking photos of the damaged packaging and product.
3. Please report any shipping damage to us as soon as possible by emailing studio@donizza.art.
