The currency used for your order depends on the country to which the order is being shipped. The information below explains the applicable currency, VAT treatment and sales documentation for purchases made through Donizza.art.

Poland

Invoices are issued without VAT (Value Added Tax) due to the seller's VAT exemption.
Payments are in PLN.

Prices and currency

All prices published online for orders destined for Poland, as well as payments, receipts and invoices, are in Polish Zloty (PLN).

Donizza.art Ewa Kazanowska benefits from the Polish small-business VAT exemption. VAT is therefore not added to the price of orders subject to this exemption, and invoices are issued without VAT.

Receipts and invoices

A receipt is issued for consumer orders shipped to Poland in accordance with the applicable fiscal rules.

If you require an invoice, we recommend providing the necessary billing information when placing your order. For business purchases, please provide the correct company name, Polish billing address and Polish tax identification number (NIP).

Requests for invoices made after purchase are processed in accordance with applicable Polish tax regulations and statutory time limits.

Shipment and currency

The currency applicable to an order is determined by the delivery destination. Orders shipped to addresses in Poland are settled in PLN.

Shipments within the European Union do not contain documentation intended for customs purposes declaring the value of the merchandise.

Europe

Prices include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax).
Payments are in Euro.

This information applies to orders shipped to the following countries:  

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

All prices published online for orders destined for the countries listed above, as well as payments and invoices, are in Euro (€/EUR).

The price displayed for the applicable European market is the price payable for the merchandise, including applicable VAT where required.

Shipment and currency

Orders shipped to the European countries listed above are settled in Euro (€/EUR), regardless of the currency used by the payment card or payment account selected by the customer.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or other documentation intended for customs purposes declaring the value of the merchandise.

Currency Conversion & Bank Fees

If your payment card, bank account or PayPal account is denominated in a currency different from the currency of the order, your payment provider may perform a currency conversion.

Exchange rates, currency conversion charges and any additional fees applied by banks, card issuers or payment providers are determined by those institutions and are not controlled by Donizza.art.
