Every Donizza.art order is paid in full before fulfilment or production begins. The payment process depends on whether you are purchasing a finished planter directly from our online store or commissioning an individual piece through Bespoke Studio.

Payment Methods

Online payments at Donizza.art are securely processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal. The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed during checkout.

Prices displayed in the online store are quoted in EUR or PLN and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

All Donizza.art orders require 100% payment.
Order fulfilment or bespoke production begins only after the full amount due has been received and confirmed.

Ready-to-Ship Planters

Finished planters available for purchase through the Donizza.art online store are paid for in full when the order is placed.

Payment is completed through the checkout using one of the available payment methods provided by Shopify Payments or PayPal. The order enters fulfilment once the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Bespoke Studio Orders

Bespoke Studio commissions follow a different process. Before payment, the essential parameters of the planter are individually agreed with the client. Depending on the project, these may include dimensions, form, surface finish, colour, decorative treatment and other elements of the specification.

Once the specification and final price have been agreed, Donizza.art issues a pro forma invoice for 100% of the order value. Payment is made according to the instructions stated on the pro forma invoice.

Production begins only after the full payment has been received and credited. The agreed specification forms the basis for manufacturing the commissioned piece.

Bespoke pieces are made specifically for an individual client.
Because they are custom-made or personalised products, different cancellation and return rules apply to them than to standard Ready-to-Ship products.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid once the full amount due has been successfully received and confirmed. Orders with pending or incomplete payments are placed on hold until payment is completed.

For Bespoke Studio commissions, the production lead time is calculated in accordance with the individually agreed project specification and begins after payment confirmation, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Return and cancellation rules depend on the type of product ordered. Standard Ready-to-Ship products purchased by consumers may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

Custom-made, made-to-order and personalised products, including Bespoke Studio commissions, are subject to an exclusion from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. Once custom production has commenced, such orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, subject to the rights arising from defects, non-conformity or applicable mandatory consumer law.
