Each piece combines a reinforced concrete structure with individually applied decorative finishes, such as aged concrete, travertine, stone, corten, rust effects or relief textures.

Yes. Every Donizza.art planter is made and finished by hand in our Polish workshop. Casting, reinforcement, surface preparation, decorative finishing and final detailing are carried out through a multi-stage process. Because of this craftsmanship, subtle differences between individual pieces are a natural part of the product.

No. The handmade character of our work means that every planter is slightly different. Variations in tone, texture, mineral deposits, pores, patina or decorative marks are intentional characteristics of the surface and make each Donizza.art planter unique.

All Donizza.art planters are handcrafted in Poland in our studio near Wrocław. We combine traditional manual craftsmanship with modern reinforced-concrete technology to create objects intended for contemporary residential, hospitality and commercial architecture.

Yes. Donizza.art planters are designed for interiors where material, proportion and architectural detail matter. Depending on the selected finish, they work particularly well with minimalist, modern organic, contemporary, soft loft and refined industrial interiors.

Yes. Our decorative concrete planters can be used in private homes as well as hotels, restaurants, offices, reception areas, boutiques and other commercial spaces. Their sculptural form and individually finished surfaces make them particularly suitable for interiors where planters form part of the overall architectural concept.

No. Donizza.art does not operate as a mass-production manufacturer. Our planters are produced in small quantities and most pieces are prepared as part of a made-to-order production process. This allows us to maintain control over the construction, finish and individual character of every object.

The result is a collection of designer concrete planters that can move between minimalism, modern organic interiors, soft loft spaces and more expressive architectural settings.

A Donizza.art planter requires significantly more manual work than an industrially produced container. Its price reflects the reinforced concrete construction, multi-layer manufacturing process, decorative materials, hand-applied finish and the time required to complete each piece. The result is an individually crafted architectural object rather than a serial product.

Donizza.art offers a range of decorative surfaces inspired by natural and architectural materials. Collections include finishes such as smooth concrete, aged concrete, travertine, ancient stone, corten steel effects, rust-inspired surfaces and decorative reliefs. Each finish has its own texture, colour depth and visual character.

The structural body of each planter is made from reinforced concrete. Depending on the collection, the visible surface may also include specially developed mineral, resin-based or decorative finishing systems applied by hand over the concrete structure.

Smooth Concrete focuses on restrained texture, subtle tonal variation and a more contemporary architectural appearance. Aged Concrete introduces deliberate weathering, irregular colour transitions, mineral marks and visual imperfections that give the surface a sense of history and depth.

Our Travertine collection recreates the visual language of natural travertine through a carefully applied decorative mineral finish. The characteristic pores, cavities, tonal variations and polished areas are created by hand, allowing us to capture the architectural character of stone without turning the planter into a solid stone object.

The Corten collection uses a decorative finishing system designed to reproduce the visual depth, oxidation tones and irregular patina associated with weathered steel. The planter itself remains a reinforced concrete object, while the surface creates the distinctive corten-inspired appearance.

Product photography represents the general character of each finish, but handmade surfaces naturally vary. Differences in colour intensity, texture, pores, mineral marks or patina should be expected. These variations are part of the design and ensure that each planter has an individual appearance.

Not when they form part of the intended finish. Pores, tonal changes, irregular texture, traces of manual application and selected visual imperfections are characteristic of many Donizza.art collections. They should be distinguished from structural damage or manufacturing faults.

For minimalist and contemporary interiors, smoother concrete surfaces are usually the most restrained choice. More textured finishes such as Aged Concrete, Travertine or Ancient Stone can instead be used as a deliberate visual counterpoint in otherwise minimal spaces.

Modern organic interiors often work particularly well with finishes inspired by natural mineral surfaces, including travertine, aged concrete and stone. Their tactile texture and warm tonal variation complement wood, natural fabrics, stone flooring and soft architectural forms.

The structural core of our planters is made from reinforced architectural concrete using GRC technology. The concrete structure is strengthened with glass-fibre reinforcement and additional reinforcement in critical areas, creating a durable shell suitable for decorative architectural planters.

GRC stands for Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete. It is a concrete composite reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres. Compared with conventional unreinforced concrete, GRC allows us to create relatively slim architectural forms while maintaining high mechanical strength and resistance to cracking.

Yes. Reinforcement forms an integral part of our construction system. Depending on the part of the planter, we use glass fibres together with reinforcement mesh in strategically important areas. This layered construction is designed to improve mechanical strength and long-term durability.

Our planters are designed for year-round outdoor use and exposure to changing weather conditions. The reinforced concrete construction and protective finishing system provide resistance to frost and moisture. Correct drainage and preventing prolonged standing water remain important during winter use.

Yes. Donizza.art planters are designed to remain outdoors throughout the year when used correctly. In winter, particular attention should be paid to drainage so that water cannot accumulate and freeze inside the planter or planting substrate.

Yes. The concrete structure and decorative surfaces are protected using dedicated systems selected for their specific function. The internal and external layers are designed to reduce water penetration and increase durability while preserving the intended visual character of the surface.

Concrete is a mineral material and naturally reacts to temperature, moisture and mechanical stress. Our reinforced GRC construction is specifically designed to minimise the risk of structural cracking. Very fine surface marks or irregularities within decorative finishes may occur and are not necessarily structural cracks.

Yes. Donizza.art planters can be used on terraces, patios, balconies and in landscaped garden spaces, provided that the supporting surface is appropriate for the size and weight of the planter and that adequate drainage is maintained.

Our multi-layer construction allows each part of the planter to perform a specific function. Structural reinforcement, concrete layers, internal protection and decorative finishing are developed separately. This approach provides greater control over durability, wall proportions and final surface quality.

Most Donizza.art planters are produced through a made-to-order process. Instead of maintaining large quantities of identical products, we create pieces in small batches or prepare them after an order is placed. This approach reflects the handmade nature of our production.

The standard production time is usually approximately 10-14 days, depending on the model, finish and current production schedule. Decorative surfaces often require several separate stages of application, drying, finishing and protection before the planter can be shipped.

A Donizza.art planter is not removed from a mould and shipped immediately. Concrete curing, reinforcement, surface preparation, decorative finishing and protective layers all require time. Certain finishes also involve several manually applied layers that must dry or cure before the next stage can begin.

Yes. Sets of planters can be ordered in the same model and finish. Because every surface is finished by hand, individual pieces will remain subtly different, but we can maintain a coherent visual character across a group of planters.

Where a model is available in several dimensions, different sizes can be combined within one composition. Using the same surface finish across multiple sizes is an effective way to create a coordinated architectural arrangement while preserving variation in scale.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible, particularly where materials have already been prepared or a customised finish has been applied.

Yes. We work with architects, interior designers, landscape designers and commercial clients. For larger projects, repeated compositions or individually specified pieces, please contact the studio before ordering so that we can review the requirements.

Yes. Donizza.art planters can be specified for hospitality, office, retail and other commercial environments. For multi-piece projects, we recommend contacting the studio with information about the required models, quantities, dimensions, finishes and planned installation location.

Check the dimensions of the planter, access route and final placement area before ordering. Larger concrete planters can be substantial objects, so door widths, staircases, lifts, terraces and the load capacity of the supporting surface should all be considered during project planning.

Selected projects can be developed through our Bespoke Studio. Depending on technical feasibility, we can consider modifications to dimensions, proportions, surface treatments or combinations of decorative techniques for residential and commercial projects.

Custom dimensions may be possible for selected models. Every modification must first be evaluated from a structural and production perspective, as changing the diameter, height or proportions of a concrete planter may require adjustments to its reinforcement and construction.

Selected finishes allow colour development or tonal adjustment. Because Donizza.art surfaces are created manually rather than applied as a uniform industrial coating, custom colours should be understood as a defined visual direction rather than an exact flat colour reproduction.

In selected bespoke projects, different decorative techniques may be combined to create a more individual surface. The feasibility depends on the materials involved, the geometry of the planter and the intended location of the finished piece.

Yes. For bespoke projects we can use material references, moodboards, interior visualisations or photographs to understand the architectural context. This allows the planter's scale, surface and colour direction to be considered as part of the overall design rather than as an isolated accessory.

Yes. Our Bespoke Studio is intended for collaboration with architects, interior designers, landscape designers and other creative professionals who require specific dimensions, surface concepts or coordinated groups of planters for a project.

The feasibility of a bespoke project depends on its complexity rather than quantity alone. Individual custom pieces may be possible, while more technically demanding developments may be better suited to multi-piece architectural projects. Bespoke production usually requires more time than a standard Donizza.art order because the project may involve technical verification, material selection, samples or development work before manufacturing begins. The expected schedule is confirmed individually for each project.

Products made to an individual specification or clearly personalised for a customer may be subject to different return conditions than standard products. Please review our current Returns Policy before placing a bespoke order.

Contact the Donizza.art studio with the required dimensions, preferred finish, quantity, intended location and any relevant drawings, photographs or visual references. The more project information we receive at the beginning, the more accurately we can assess technical feasibility and prepare the next steps.

For routine cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with water and a mild, pH-neutral cleaning product. Avoid aggressive chemicals, acidic cleaners, abrasive powders and hard brushes, as these may affect decorative finishes or protective surface coatings.

We do not recommend cleaning decorative surfaces with a high-pressure washer at close range. High water pressure can damage protective coatings or alter delicate surface textures. Gentle manual cleaning is the safest method for preserving the original finish.

Minor visual changes may naturally occur when a planter is exposed to sunlight, rain, temperature changes and the outdoor environment. On textured and patinated surfaces, this gradual evolution can become part of the material character of the object.

Ensure that water can drain freely and does not remain trapped inside the planter. Water that freezes and expands can place unnecessary pressure on both the planting substrate and the container. Proper drainage is therefore particularly important during winter.

Yes. Donizza.art planters are designed for outdoor use throughout the seasons. Correct drainage, appropriate installation and normal maintenance help protect both the planter and the plants growing inside it during changing weather conditions.

Contact Donizza.art and send photographs of the affected area. Because our collections use different mineral, resin and decorative finishing systems, the appropriate repair method depends on the specific surface and type of damage.

Standard products may be returned in accordance with our current Returns Policy. Donizza.art provides a return period of up to 30 days, subject to the conditions specified in the policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Donizza.art, the cost of returning an unwanted product is borne by the customer. Because concrete planters can be large and heavy, we recommend checking dimensions and product specifications carefully before ordering.

Products manufactured to an individual specification or clearly personalised for a customer may be excluded from standard withdrawal or return rights where permitted by applicable law. The conditions applicable to bespoke orders are described in our current Returns Policy.

Donizza.art ships planters from Poland to customers in Poland and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and costs depend on the destination, dimensions and quantity of the ordered products.

Each planter is carefully protected before dispatch to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Packaging is selected according to the size and weight of the product. Smaller pieces can be shipped in reinforced packaging, while larger planters may require pallet transport.

Larger products may be transported on a half pallet or pallet depending on their dimensions and weight. The exact delivery method is selected individually to provide appropriate protection during transport.

Standard courier delivery is generally made to the delivery address provided with the order. For larger or palletised shipments, delivery conditions may differ from standard parcel services, so access to the property and unloading requirements should be considered in advance.

Yes. When several planters are included in one order, we select the packaging and transport method according to the total dimensions and weight of the shipment. In many cases, consolidating products into one shipment is the safest and most efficient solution.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, size, weight and number of planters. The applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout where available or calculated individually for orders that require specialist transport.

Your order is dispatched after production, final inspection and packaging have been completed. Standard production normally takes approximately 14–21 days, after which the shipment is transferred to the selected carrier.

Where tracking is provided by the selected carrier, shipment details are sent after dispatch. Larger pallet shipments may use different tracking or delivery-notification procedures than standard parcel services.

Inspect the packaging and the planter as soon as possible after delivery. If the packaging shows significant damage, document its condition with photographs before opening it. We also recommend photographing any visible transport damage immediately after unpacking.

Please contact Donizza.art as soon as possible and include your order number together with photographs of the packaging and damaged product. This documentation allows us to evaluate the damage and determine the appropriate next step.

The currency used for an order depends on the selected market. Supported European markets display and process prices in EUR. Orders placed for delivery in Poland are processed in PLN. The applicable currency is shown in the store before checkout.

The price displayed for your selected market is the product price applicable to that market. Shipping costs and any other charges that depend on the destination are presented separately where applicable before the order is completed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the country, currency and payment provider. Only payment methods currently available for your selected market will be presented when completing the order.

Payment is completed when the order is placed. Because most Donizza.art planters are produced specifically as part of our made-to-order workflow, production begins after the order and required payment have been confirmed.
